Well, even though I kinda promised myself to blog seriously and intentively (last year) I think life kinda took a different turn once I got back from China.
It was hard blogging in China since Blogger is banned.
My last post (which was done in China) took forever to complete cause of the lack of proxy connections and tough uploading of pictures.
I guess the momentum was gone even after I came back.
But then again, here I am.
I've missed you RockMyCore. Let me try and get that promise back yeah?
And yeah.
I cut my hair.
That was fast. A week has already passed.
We even celebrated Xiao Gang's birthday!
Work has officially started.
Official as in desk and chair and everything.
I even got a plant :D
Okay, camera's are strictly prohibited but sssssh yeah?
Therefore the kinda quick take shots.
Needa spruce up the place soon.
Make it more GAIJIN.
HAHA.
I have so much space you have no idea!
My colleagues are all friendly and funny.
They don't dare face me in person to speak, so everything is done on MSN.
Quite cool actually.
I would say karma does kinda exist.
Or what goes around comes around shit.
My FYP sucked balls on planet dick when I had it.
I got the worst/heartless lab, managers, supervisors, lecturers whatever.
It was deplorable, unprofessional and just not standardized.
NYP has a lot of catching up to do.
They just gotta stop being so profit orientated and actually care for their students..
Okay better stop.
Who knows my blog would have been put on STOMP.
Tsk.
Singapore
Well, I would say I have settled down already. Life's getting kinda normal.
The best part for me, is waking up to weather like this.
It's the bomb really.
Anyone who knows Gaijin will know that I would rather live in cold than to perspire like a pig constantly.
It's damn weird.
Over here, every single day since I landed, I've been waking up at 6ish sharp.
Like automatically, and boom I'm roaming the apartment, getting breakfast and stuff.
Except weekends.
Teehee.
Now our daily lives are leave home at 8am sharp, catch the bus to work, get breakfast if hungry and off to work.
Well, that's our weekdays.
Quite straight forward actually.
Kinda got boring already.
Needa find more shit to do and places to go.
The food here in Wuhan is just awesome.
Well, mainly cause it's cheap...A BIG TURN ON.
But yeah.
Most of the food here is somewhat spicy, cause of the dried chilies and peppers they use, which makes me their number one fan.
And it's a good thing I eat anything!
HAHA.
Which reminds me, I had some kind of meat during lunch and I had no idea what it was.
Well, it tasted okay..so no issues yeah.
As long as it tastes good and no one tells you, just eat it yeah?
Rice here is amazingly free flow.
Like seriously.
Cause well maybe cause everything is grown here....unlike Singapore.
So they can afford it.
I would say my favourite dish so far, and I'm sure many will agree is Re Gan Mian.
It was the first thing I ate when I got here and it's still something I eat the most!
It's famous all over these parts and boy is it good and filling.
Practically, it's just noodles that have been soaked in oil or something.
Then thrown into hot water and briefly shaken to remove most of the moisture and thrown into a bowl.
Then sesame paste/extremely nutty watery tahini is poured in.
Followed by pickled radishes, garlic, chives and spring onions.
Lastly, awesome chili oil.
Mix everything up and gobble it down.
It's perfection I tell you.
It's so good on a chilly morning and it really gets you going.
Add cilantro and vinegar and BOOM!
Even better.
This is the most common/basic type.
Apparently there's more.
But I'm happy with this.
Well also because I haven't gone round much and found any others! HAHA!
Oh by the way, Alex and I have started a food blog!
Just started!
But damn the untimely time to go on overseas attachment.
We can't do any blogposts together.
So most of my food photos would be there with more in depth detailing.
I can't wait for us to do posts together!
But from now till August we'll be going solo.
Check it out!
The Gastronomic Crumble !
Food oh food.
Always comforts the soul no matter what the occasion.
And we finally got the stove working!
Haha.
And I cooked our very first simple meal!
Yeah I know it's instant noodles and sausages.
But it's first cook out so chill bitches.
And oh did I mention we got a pet?
A terrapin!
Her name is Aleesha!
You must say it like you from da hood you know.
AH-LEEEEE-SHAH!
Haha.
Isn't she the cutest thing?
HAHA.
We visited Wuchang and Hankou over the weekends.
The crazy Hu Bu Xiang and Jianghan Street!
The shopping and the food!
Oh my lord.
Will update more in the next post yo!
I'm dead beat today.
Went to play badminton with the colleagues.
I miss dancing.
I feel so unhealthy already.
But till then you all!
God bless!
HELLO EVERYBODY!
Well yes I know, I’ve been away from Blogger for a long
time.
And lots of things are different now.
I would say the last few weeks in Singapore was hell as it
could get.
It struck me and I realized why NYP was the lowest rated
Polytechnic in Singapore.
Sadly to say, it’s true and I agree a 100%.
My FYP life was the shit. I actually really expected more.
A little professionalism, respect and welfare for the
students would go along way in this bloody place.
But oh well, I AM IN A BETTER PLACE NOW.
Right now, my current residence is Wuhan, China!
I’m here for a 4 month work attachment.
It’s awesome I would say.
The weather is freezing by Singapore standards and that’s why I love it.
Food is gastronomic and just cheap and awesome.
I swear I would get fat here.
These are just a few shots of things I have been digesting!
Well, tomorrow would be my first day of work ya’ll.
The excitement is just brewing in me right now.
Till then everyone, from the land where the Internet is
blocked like siao…
CIAO.
Oh, my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee And I detest all my sins Because I dread the loss of heaven, and the pains of hell. But most of all because I love Thee, And I want so badly to be good.

"You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you don't know for sure. But it doesn't matter. How can it not matter to you where the train will take you?"
I get it cracking like a bad back..
Yeah yeah..bad back.
Damn.
The weekend just drifted off as fast as it came.
If an easy life is what I want, it's something I won't get.
I need to work for it.
I am scared, for the coming tests.
Extremely petrified.
And I know I am not doing the best I can that I know I am capable of.
But honestly, I can't wait to do something that my heart desires.
And finally be at peace.
Well, I finally managed to catch up with Alex!
My food and laughing kaki!
Whenever we meet, it's just non stop laughter and craziness.
We laugh like no one's business. Just out loud and proud!
And we both love food.
We love to eat!
So, it's just pure gastronomic enjoyment and pure laughter whenever we meet.
And since we love food SO MUCH, we have come to the conclusion of starting a FOOD BLOG!
Deng Deng Deng!!!!
So hence, our meet up to plan our new exciting adventure!
Okay ah. We like little kids in MacDonalds squealing with delight over what we want our Food Blog to look like and what we want it to be.
We have big plans! Haha!
And big stomachs!
This is gonna be such an exciting venture!
And I can't wait.
And the thought of a blogshop came up too! Wheeee!
By the way, the Vanilla Cherry Pie at Macs is to die for seriously!
Go try it!
Stage Art's production went down on Friday too!
Limbo.
It was kinda nice!
But it was refreshing to be on the other side of the stage for once.
I miss dancing.
I miss dancing with the joy of it all.
The happiness that comes out of it.
But let's see what the future holds.
I know I can;t be in latin forever.
Anyways, on an EXTREMELY HAPPY note........
Gaijin is very happy.
Everyone, let me introduce to you.......
LUDOVIC!
Everyone, let me introduce to you.......
LUDOVIC!
The Olympus EP3!
Okay I know it's silly for a grown up boy to name his toys and possessions but I DON'T CARE!
I got Ludovic and you don't.
Baboosh.
Gaijin is now a happy and complete boy.
So I took Ludovic out today.
And went to me Dorothy.
We supposed to have lunch at this Korean BBQ place, but we had to make reservations and NOBODY spoke english and I don't speak chinese and so yeah.
Lunch cancelled due to lack of chinese on my part.
Well, we FINALLY managed to communicate to the guy and now we got reservations on the 19th,
HURRAY.
So we simpled it out today.
And camwhored.
Here, are the first ever shots from Ludovic!
So let's see.
It's just hardcore studying and projects and tests this week.
And then the process continues for them exams.
God bless my soul.
